January 2009 update

The following work was completed in January:

-Fixed a thumbnail rendering bug for new submissions
-Fixed a 2009 date issue in the encounter page edit dialog for encounter dates. The year field is now dynamically generated.
-Fixed a 2009 date issue in the Shark Search year field. The year field is now dynamically generated.
-Added logic to automatically suggest appropriate, sequential tag names (e.g. "A-001") for newly identified sharks
-Updated Shark Search to allow for filtering on sharks sighted in more than one location code
-Exported sighting data for OBIS consumption
