This site from the Florida Museum of Natural History has an excellent news feed on a number of whale shark articles from 1998 to now.

The Florida Museum does indeed have a good collection of news on whale sharks. It's not a 'feed' technically speaking. Which is a pity. We could have used that :-)



A 'feed' would be a source of news which is distributed in RSS format (a dialect of XML). RSS feeds can be automatically processed by a suitable computer program (like our web site CMS). Similar to what we are doing with the 'latest sightings from the Photo-ID Library'.



It's all about networking and letting the computer do the boring stuff...
